It's doing one job: landing the core message on a busy person's feed in under three seconds. And it does it perfectly. We don't believe that all copy has to be showy or clever. Steal this for your brand
There's a pressure in brand marketing to always be interesting. To find the clever angle, the unexpected framing, the headline that makes people stop and go "huh." And sometimes you need to do that. But your customer is busy. They're scrolling fast. And occasionally the best possible thing you can do is just your USP as cleanly and clearly as possible. This Huel ad doesn't try to be Surreal or Oatly. It just tells you exactly what you get and exactly what it costs you. (Plus, it stays on-message with Huel's big picture positioning as healthy *and* time-saving.) Just a really good reminder that clear is a creative choice too.
